The scheme for six new houses and the refurbishment of a Listed Building. After a two year construction period the scheme is now complete.
Originally we were contacted after the developer purchased the site next to Villa Donna which had planning approval for three new houses and the refurbishment of a Listed house. Our scheme combined the two sites and was approved in 2012, Planning Permit No: P/2012/1351. We completed the Building Bylaw Application which was approved under Permit No: B/2013/0576.
We provided construction drawings in tandem with the Structural Engineer. We also had to work closely with Historic Buildings regarding the refurbishment of the Listed Building.
